课程概述：整个课程分为两部分，前2天为基础部分（Foundations of Capability），后面1天介绍开发模型（Building Development Excellent）。本课程为CMMI研究院授权，通过考试后，学员具备参加CMMI V2.0开发模型评估的前提条件。本课程也是参加其他CMMI课程的前提条件，包括CMMI 2.0 讲师和主任评估师培训的相关课程。
