课程概述

本次培训的目的是帮助你：
　●　如何有效的使用统计过程控制（SPC）和其他统计方法来进行管理和改进开发过程
　●　通过使用一些易于理解的软件企业实例和通过案例研究，帮助你理解抽象的统计理论
　●　让你真正理解如何识别适合的定量管理方法，并将统计思想和识别的定量管理方法正确的应用到项目管理和决策方面
　●　深入的理解CMMI L4和L5的实施要求，更重要的是帮助你知道如何去做
　●　成为高成熟度评估小组成员

课程内容主要包括：
　　-　如何定义、检查和比较数据：AVDOT
　　-　在开发和维护控制图方面遇到的共同问题
　　-　如何通过控制图或其他统计技术来理解性能数据的偏差
　　-　确保和确认过程稳定的并有能力的方法
　　-　如何在组织中建立基准
　　-　从CMMI 1级到5级，度量过程能力的演变提高的过程
　　-　基于现有的数据（有明显的误差范围），如何建立过程性能模型
　　-　过程性能基线和过程性能模型对比
　　-　过程改进中的统计思维及其应用

对培训对象要求：
　　-　有过程改进和产品开发经验
　　-　了解度量项的定义和实施
　　-　了解CMMI模型
　　-　了解基础的统计知识

课程开发背景：
　　该培训课程是丛斌博士基于多年对高成熟度过程研究和在美国及中国开展的咨询评估经验的基础上开发的，且多次在美国进行培训并得到了认可。丛斌博士在国内实施这样的培训，共享他的经验，以提高国内相关人员对高成熟度基本的认识和理解。

  练习5：过程能力的假设检验

Day 3:
 Part 7: 模型
 Part 8: 偏差分析
  练习6：软件行业 ANOVA使用
 Part 9: 开发多个变量模型：6个步骤
  练习7：开发生产率预测模型

Day 4:
 Part 10: 实施ML4： OPP and QPM
 Part 11: 实施ML5： OID and CAR
 Part 12: 总结：统计技术与CMMI高成熟度过程域间的关系
